Overview

Roshana Care Group is a family-owned group operating aged care homes across Australia, alongside retirement living, mental health care and home care services.

From Western Australia to Victoria, New South Wales, Queensland and South Australia, each home has its own name, its own community and its own story. The care inside those homes speaks for itself.

The problem was visibility outside them. Choosing aged care is one of the hardest decisions a family makes, and it starts with a search — for a home, in a suburb, right now. If a home does not show up in that moment, it may as well not exist.

Challenge

When PWD took on Roshana Care Group, four things were holding the group back:

  • Families search for the home, not the group: “aged care Noble Park”, “Brentwood aged care”. Every home was fighting its own local battle against national operators.
  • New homes with no search presence: pages for homes like Noble Park and Brentwood were starting from effectively zero.
  • A tight recruitment market: aged care runs on carers, and the careers page was barely being found.
  • No measurement history: analytics tracking only began mid-2025, so nobody could say what was working or which home an enquiry came from.

What we did

Gave every home a page worth finding

A dedicated page for each aged care home — its rooms, its care, its community — written for the suburb it serves rather than duplicated with the name swapped out. The Noble Park page went from zero to 2,753 organic visits in six months; Brentwood went from 4 to 1,578.

Made the careers page work as hard as the homes

Care runs on people, and recruiting them is as competitive as finding residents. The careers page grew from 468 to 2,671 organic visits — 5.7 times the traffic — helping Roshana recruit care staff in a tight market.

Fixed the foundations

Site structure, page speed and local signals tuned so every home page presents consistently to search engines and has the best chance of ranking quickly — in five states, not just one.

Measured what matters

Enquiry forms, click-to-call and email clicks are now tracked properly. When Roshana asks where an enquiry came from, the answer is in the data — success is measured in families reaching out, not just visits.

Where it stands today

All figures are organic search traffic from Google Analytics, as at 28 August 2026:

  • Organic visits are up 53%, August on August — from 5,059 in August 2025, the first full month of tracking, to 7,719 in the first 28 days of August 2026. It is a sustained climb, not a spike: July 2026 reached 8,687.
  • 6,700+ enquiries from organic search in the six months from March to August 2026 — enquiry forms, phone clicks and email clicks.
  • The home pages rank: Noble Park went from zero to 2,753 organic visits over those six months, Brentwood from 4 to 1,578.
  • The careers page grew 5.7x, from 468 to 2,671 organic visits — the same visibility now helps Roshana recruit care staff.

What has not happened yet

Measurement only began mid-2025, so there is no clean full-year baseline — this case study claims only what the data can support, which is why we compare August with August rather than quoting a bigger year-on-year percentage.

Not every home has had the Noble Park treatment yet. Several established homes are still climbing rather than leading their local results, and AI search is an open front: when a family asks an assistant for aged care recommendations, Roshana is not yet reliably part of the answer.

We would rather show you the genuine position than round the story up.

What’s next

  • Every home to Noble Park standard: roll the proven home-page model out across the rest of the group.
  • Open visible: new and newly acquired homes launch with their page ranking before the doors open, not after.
  • Content earlier in the journey: reach families while they are still researching aged care, months before they enquire.
  • AI search visibility: be the answer when families ask an assistant, not just a search box.

Next steps

The model is proven: home pages that rank in their own suburb, a careers page that pulls its weight, and tracking that ties every enquiry back to the data. The next phase is coverage — the same result, everywhere Roshana operates.
